Little Rabbit lived with his mom and dad in a cozy burrow under a big oak tree. But as he grew bigger, the burrow felt smaller and smaller. His ears kept bumping the ceiling!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Mom,” said Little Rabbit one sunny morning, “I think I need my own place.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mom Rabbit smiled and gave him a hug. “You’re growing up, sweetie. But remember, what makes a house special isn’t how it looks\u2014it’s the love and friendship you put into it.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Little Rabbit nodded and hopped off to find the perfect spot. He found a nice clearing near a babbling creek and started to dig. But wow, the ground was really hard! After digging for a long time, he had only made a tiny hole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“This is harder than I thought,” he sighed, sitting down to rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just then, Mole popped his head up from underground. “Hey there, Little Rabbit! What’s going on?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I’m trying to dig my new home, but the ground is so hard,” Little Rabbit explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Digging is my specialty!” said Mole with a friendly grin. “I’d be happy to help you out.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, they dug and dug until they had made a wonderful burrow with several rooms. But when Little Rabbit looked around, something was missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“It’s nice, but it feels kind of empty,” he said quietly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Squirrel came scampering down from her tree. “Did I hear you’re making a new home? I’ve got some extra nuts and soft leaves that might help!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soon, other woodland friends came to help. Hedgehog brought colorful wildflowers. Robin found some pretty stones. Even Badger showed up with some flat rocks that would make great furniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone worked together, decorating Little Rabbit’s burrow. They hung flowers from the ceiling, covered the floors with soft leaves, and arranged the stones just right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When they were finished, Little Rabbit’s house looked beautiful! But the best part was having all his friends there, laughing and talking as they worked together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Now this feels like home,” said Little Rabbit, his heart full of happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That evening, Little Rabbit invited everyone to stay for dinner. They shared vegetable soup and fresh bread, telling stories and enjoying each other’s company in the cozy new home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Little Rabbit looked around at all his friends, he understood what his mom had meant. His house wasn’t special because of how it looked\u2014it was special because of the friendship and love that filled it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From that day on, Little Rabbit’s home became the favorite meeting place for all the woodland creatures. There was always room for one more friend, and there was always enough food to share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
